Requirements
- ChatGPT Plus, Pro, or Team plan (MCP support requires Dev Mode)
Install
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Beta features
- Enable Dev Mode
- Go to Settings → Connected tools → Add MCP server
- Enter the remote endpoint:

Verify
In a ChatGPT conversation, type:
What tools do you have from GlassyPic?ChatGPT should list optimize_image, login, logout, and status.
Usage example
Upscale this low-resolution product image to 2xChatGPT calls optimize_image with operation: "upscale" and returns the optimized file.

Troubleshooting
"MCP server not available" in ChatGPT
MCP tool support requires ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Team with Dev Mode enabled. Free ChatGPT accounts do not support connected tools.
Connection refused or timeout
Try the connection again — the remote endpoint cold-starts in ~1 second. If it persists, check GlassyPic status.
Insufficient credits error
